11:25-11:40--Poetry Analysis

1.      Open your poetry element doc. 

2.     Create a new column entitled “Class Poem Revision.”

3.     Using your Class Poem Revision as your doc, go on a scavenger hunt, and find as many of the elements on your list.

4.     Work for fifteen minutes, and try to identify and list at least ten examples.

11:40-12:05--Revision Assignment:  Photo Memory

1.      You’ve had a solid peer conference over both this memoir.

2.     Revise it for a major memoir revision grade.

3.     Re-read your memoir.

4.     Re-read your conferencer’s comments on your google doc.

5.     Re-read page 51, and see where your strengths and weaknesses are.

6.     Revise, making at least twenty changes.

7.     Do you feel it’s significantly stronger than the first draft?

8.     Complete page 52, and leave it with Mr. Dunlap.
