3.     Get your paper back off the circle table, IF there’s one with your name on it.  (Not everyone has one.)

1.      Get out a blank sheet of notebook paper, and head it like this:

2.     Pull out yellow page 10 from your textbook
3.     The topic, genre, and style are yours.
4.     Write for a full ten minutes without stopping.
5.     I’m the only one who will read it.

Independent Work Day
1.      There is something you should be doing literally every minute of class today.
2.     Keep focused, read all directions carefully, and get things done. 
3.     Push hard today, and tomorrow we will be able to relax and enjoy our small sharing groups.

Revision Day
·      Russian Tailor Poem to a Second Draft (Orange Handout; do all your steps through Megan in the library)
